The most I like/love is because of the nature and surrounding with the beach.

Close to beach.
Quite average. I had to ask for bathing towel, bath mat, bathing soap. They delivered 2 hours after I requested. Condition of the bathroom average. You may get good hot water if you are lucky.

Nothing to be proud of. More has to be done.
The staff are not friendly as if we are the burden to them. When I inquire why the room is not made-up, the answer is the hotel policy is the room is being made up once in two days. Even the towel is not replaced.

The tropical design of the resort and the chalets are suitable for leisure. It was nice in the photos, affordable and close to town.
The hotel didn't maintain properly as it not nice as what have been portrayed in website (provided no towel, cable tv with 1 channel, nonworking fridge, chalet floor was in really poor condition, worn out bed sheet) . The services and staff hospitality were really poor.

The location is ok.
The air-cond in room are making loud noise and the staff seems like never heard about it. Especially the room 2082 with a Engine (or tnb power room) built underneath it. Once you enter the room you will hear the engine running sound. The room is like never clean up. Air-cond never been service. We asked for room change but the staff need a m & e staff to confirm that the room is making loud noise than they only will change the room for us.

The best part - Beach and Location.
The hotel a little bit rundown, But with the online rate, it is consider value for money. The buffer breakfast very bad. Replenish very slow like snail. Even want to charge for kid when there is nothing left for eat.

Worthy of Price
Most of the furniture are old and torn, refrigerator out of order. The hotel require maintenance badly.

Location is good for a beach hotel. It has big grounds. Room is spacious.
The place is very run down and needs refurbishing. First thing to go is the worn and musty carpet in the room. Beach hotels should just use tiles as flooring. Bathrooms are yucks! Wallpaper is peeling and standing lamp is broken. Lobby should have a few umbrellas available for guests when it rains. Beats getting wet when running to the car.

It is closed to the beach, the chalet is clean enough and facilities are fine. The breakfast included was decent as well.
there's no water tap to wash off the sand outside the chalet. we need to wash off the sand around the swimming pool area.
